The challenge

Preparing orders from full-pallet receipts

Finished goods arrive on full pallets and must be prepared by order. The project addresses manual transfers and material searches within this workflow.

The solution

Integrated depalletizing and tote storage

Robotic forklifts and a depalletizing robot feed CTU tote storage and order preparation. The system accommodates existing pallets and uses a unique code for each tote, with ERP and MES integration.
