Heavy molds require coordinated storage, putaway and retrieval. The project focuses on reducing manual forklift handling and mold search time.

The solution

Automated mold storage with conveyor links

Single-deep pallet stacker cranes store and retrieve heavy molds in a 7 m storage system. Conveyors link inbound and outbound operations, with ERP and MES integration.

Storage height and application: 7 m storage height for centralized heavy-mold management
