Meeting Double 11 fulfillment demands

Finished cosmetics storage and shipping must support the order volumes and delivery-time requirements of the Double 11 peak. The project connects warehouse capacity with automated handling.

The solution

High-bay storage linked to palletizing and transport

Pallet stacker cranes use 12 m of storage height, while a palletizing robot and FMR forklift robots connect storage and transport. ERP and MES integration supports peak-demand fulfillment.
