The project combines multiple tote sizes, single- and double-deep storage, and ESD protection to support flexible electronic material storage and picking.

The solution

ESD-protected CTUs for flexible tote storage

The same CTU equipment handles different tote formats and storage depths, delivering materials to goods-to-person picking workstations. Enclosed management for moisture-sensitive components is integrated with ERP and MES.

Storage area and capacity: 1,900 m² of storage area with 12,000 storage positions
