Connecting raw materials, cut pieces and finished garments

The project coordinates material flow across raw material storage, cut-piece handling, finished garment storage, EO sterilization and antibacterial storage areas.

The solution

Integrated tote handling and collaborative depalletizing

CTUs, underride AMRs, sorting conveyors and a collaborative depalletizing robot system link storage with production and treatment areas. The system is configured for an outbound requirement of 900 totes/h.

Storage capacity: 17,000 storage positions at a storage height of 4.9 m
